Overview:
Fox Staffing Network is seeking motivated, entrepreneurial recruiters to join our remote team as independent contractors (1099). This is 100% commission-based opportunity ideal for recruiters who want flexibility, high earning potential, and full ownership over their work.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and engage client companies with hiring needs
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for open roles
- Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to placement
- Maintain accurate tracking of leads, pipelines, and placements
- Collaborate in our community and join optional weekly Q&A calls
- You will not conduct interviews or hiring. Leadership will handle all final screening, credential checks, and client communications.

What You Need:
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, & business development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
- Access to your own phone, computer, and internet
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Federal Tax ID/EIN# (Can be obtained on IRS.gov)
This Role is not for you If you require:
- A guaranteed salary or hourly pay
- Full-time employment, benefits, or PTO
- Handheld training and management
- Leads handed to you from day one ( You will find your own clients and candidates)
This is a 1099 position. The Recruiter shall be engaged as an independent contractor, not as an employee of the Company. The Recruiter will not be entitled to any employee benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, or retirement benefits.
