Full-Time Inpatient Manager, Implementation Success

Qventus, a leading healthcare transformation company, is seeking an Inpatient Manager, Implementation Success to drive the seamless deployment of their inpatient product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage team of 3-5 Technical Implementation Partners
• Resolve complex account issues independently.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Specialists, and Client Success Partners
• Define and manage implementation timelines
• Partner with client IT teams to meet implementation needs
• Manage relationships with client IT teams
• Act as primary owner for assigned client accounts
• Craft and deliver client communications/presentations
• Provide clinical, technical, and process expertise in solution design

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project/program management experience with enterprise SaaS implementations
• 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting, digital health, or health systems
• 5+ years cross-functional project management
• Experience leading and developing staff
• Knowledge of inpatient metrics, processes, and healthcare SaaS solutions
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills
• Experience managing hospital system projects (e.g., EHR implementations)
• Data analysis skills (data validation dashboards, JAVA/SQL, Excel)
• Ability to travel 25-30%
