Job Details
Manage projects for acquiring claims, scheduling, and clinical data from partner practices' EHR/practice management systems.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of interfaces, from planning to data delivery.
Flexible location within the US, or Aledade's office in Bethesda, MD, Durham, NC, or Austin, TX.
Primary Duties:
- Manage multiple healthcare integration projects simultaneously, adhering to Aledade's specifications and SLAs.
- Act as technical resource for integration projects.
- Offer process improvements to integration processes.
- Collaborate with Implementation Specialists to resolve interface updates, fixes, or implementations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate data testing from vendors before production deployment, and evaluate for process improvements.
- Escalate project barriers to implementation and ACO leadership.
- Document project activities in Jira for management reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Manage vendor relationships for ongoing collaboration and communication.
- Document vendor process steps for team use.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years managing integration projects.
- Experience with health data integration using HL7 (SIU), HIPAA X12 837, and/or CCDA.
- Experience with top-tier ambulatory EHRs.
- Experience managing vendor relationships.
Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with system testing (unit testing and/or UAT).
- Jira, Salesforce experience.
- Experience with connectivity concepts (SFTP, VPN).
