Your Role as a Team Member Experience Specialist: This dual-function role within the People & Culture team supports Internal Communication & Engagement and P&C Partnership - Americas. Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications & Engagement (dotted line to the Director of P&C - Americas), you'll ensure our growing global team stays informed, engaged, and supported. You'll embody the Appspace mission of creating a workplace people love.
A Day in the Life:
- Internal Communications & Engagement (60%): Create, edit, refresh, and publish newsletters, intranet content, meeting agendas, and materials. Manage user profiles/locations in our internal Appspace instance and audit the platform for UX/UI improvements, engagement, and outdated content. Become a communications and engagement expert and an Appspace super-user to support team members. Participate in or lead committees and pilot programs (reward & recognition, DEIB, wellness, user testing). Synthesize information into decks and reports to track engagement initiatives.
- P&C Partnerships - Americas (40%): Manage feedback on onboarding/offboarding, surveys, compensation, and P&C initiatives. Build relationships with Americas-based teams. Be the front-line contact for P&C policy questions and resources. Assist in planning team member events. Be a champion and expert for the performance management platform (Lattice) and provide guidance/training.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Communications, HR, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience in communications, employee engagement, or related roles.
- DEIB experience is a plus.
- Strong writing/editing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Analytical mind and passion for data-driven storytelling.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, intranet management systems, HRIS, and performance management platforms.
- Basic design tool proficiency (Adobe is a plus).
- Flexibility, project management skills, relationship building skills across cultures and time zones.
- People-centered approach and growth mindset.
Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience, qualifications, and location)
