We are seeking a commercially astute internal Talent Acquisition Manager to support Business Managers across Automotive, Rail, Aerospace, and Oil & Gas sectors. Prior talent acquisition experience is essential.

The role focuses on key hires for projects. Key duties include:
- Pre-screening candidates (phone and MS Teams)
- Headhunting for specialized engineering skills
- LinkedIn/Job board candidate screening
- Talent pooling
- Creating engaging job ads
- Building relationships with internal stakeholders
- Understanding project requirements
- Meeting external clients to grasp their needs
- Engaging and recruiting international candidates
