Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused International Payroll Specialist to support and manage global payroll operations. This role involves reviewing payroll reports, handling client escalations, and managing critical payroll data. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a solid background in payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, validate, and process payroll reports with high attention to detail
- Address and resolve client escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate payroll data and ensure proper documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve payroll workflows and client satisfaction
- Provide timely responses and support for payroll-related inquiries
- Use Microsoft Office tools and other payroll-related software efficiently
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in payroll (international payroll experience preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong client service orientation and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Comfortable working with various payroll software and systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
