Full-Time International Recruiter

• Identify and evaluate the most qualified and interested candidates (Interpreters) that match our clients need.
• Schedule, conduct phone screens and coordinate evaluations
• Negotiate competitive rates while supporting the industry's Independent Contractor business model
• Navigate candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
• Post and manage opportunities on the most current job boards and social networking websites
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with the Interpreters along with internal clients (the call center)
• Represent the company at job fairs and interpreter/industry related events
• Performs other ad hoc duties and/or projects as assigned
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional negotiation, analytical and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to prioritize tasks, as needed, in order to meet the company's needs
• Ability to type 30 words per minute
• Solid understanding working with Applicant Tracking Systems and Social Media platforms
