Full-Time IT Systems Engineer (Remote)

• System Administration and Maintenance: Administer and maintain core IT systems, including Microsoft Entra, Intune, Jamf, Office 365, MS Defender, and Atlassian tools.
• Support and Troubleshooting: Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support for IT systems and infrastructure issues.
• Network Infrastructure: Administer and maintain Cisco Meraki infrastructure and VPN solutions.
• Configuration and Projects: Configure IT systems, lead IT projects, and develop system automation workflows.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce IT security measures and ensure compliance.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain documentation and provide guidance to IT staff.

• Experience managing enterprise IT systems.
• Expertise in administering Microsoft Entra, Intune, Jamf, Office 365, MS Defender, and Atlassian tools.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and scripting.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and a proactive mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or Jamf Certified Tech are strongly preferred.
