Sutherland is seeking a Microsoft Training Professional to support a growing program. The role requires a Microsoft expert to train, support, and answer user questions. Ideal candidates will have in-depth knowledge of:
- SharePoint
- Power Automate
- Teams
- Clipchamp
- Classic Outlook
- New Outlook
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- OneDrive
- Power BI
- Planner
Responsibilities:
- Training delivery: Conducting live, virtual training sessions.
- Office hours: Providing one-on-one assistance.
- Content development: Creating and updating training content.
- Collaboration: Working with stakeholders to identify training requirements.
- Performance measurement: Evaluating training effectiveness.
- Instructional design: Designing interactive training programs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years supporting users in enterprise environments using Microsoft business applications.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
- 2+ years designing and delivering software training.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
Desirable attributes:
- Extraverted, resourceful, and seeks modern training approaches.
- Capable of providing technical support.
Desirable certifications:
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS): Expert/Master
