Job Details
Technology Support Analyst I providing remote and virtual end-user IT support. Minimum 7 years of direct end-user support experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote, telephone, chat and email support for company-issued/approved systems, devices and applications.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, develop checklists and recommend prevention procedures.
- Create and manage detailed tickets documenting requests, troubleshooting and resolutions in ServiceNow or comparable ITSM.
- Escalate to Tier II or Tier I lead as appropriate.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Windows 11.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory, Intune, M365 Admin Console and Exchange.
- Knowledge of cloud storage systems (Box, Adobe Cloud) and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow).
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills; ability to independently diagnose and resolve issues.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; ITILv4 certification a plus; minimum 2–3 years job stability in corporate support.
