The ideal candidate loves helping people and proactively solving problems. We need your help to resolve software inquiries from our small business owners.
You will join a small, dynamic team of 6 representatives and report directly to our VP of Customer Success & Customer Support Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat (mostly email).
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our product.
- Become an expert in our gym management software.
- Collaborate with our engineering team on software issues.
- Translate marketing text and documentation from English to Japanese.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Fluent English speaker with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- 1-3 years experience in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Ability to quickly learn complex software products.
- Comfort working remotely.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (Slack) and ticketing software (CRM, such as Hubspot).
