Aroma360 is seeking a Jr. Sales Recruiter to identify and attract top-tier sales talent. You will collaborate with the recruiting team to source, engage, and hire exceptional individuals who will drive the company's sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
- Utilize recruitment channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Extend offers to selected candidates and manage the negotiation process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Breezy HR).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a recruiter.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in ATS such as Breezy, Indeed, Linkedin Recruiter.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Experience using Slack, MS Teams, Zoom, Monday.com
