Levellr is hiring a Junior Account Manager to support their growing clientele of blue-chip brands that use Levellr to thrive on Discord. You’ll work closely with a Senior Account Manager, supporting them in delivering exceptional service and results. You’ll help clients bring their communities to life on Discord, drive product adoption, and deliver actionable strategies to foster engagement, satisfaction, and growth.
- Partner closely with a Senior Account Manager to support a portfolio of high-value brand accounts.
- Manage day-to-day client communication.
- Help translate Discord data and community insights into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Community Managers, Product, and Business Development teams.
- Contribute excellence to all facets of client interaction.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.
- Stay ahead of community trends.
