Full-Time Junior Aerospace Recruiter

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for aerospace positions.
• Assist in identifying and engaging passive candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and organizational culture.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for open roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure accurate and timely updating of recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Help in the development of job postings, advertisements, and social media strategies to attract top aerospace talent.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to strategize and improve sourcing and recruitment practices.
