Your Responsibilities
Are you a proactive and empathetic team player who thrives on building strong relationships? Are you passionate about HR and excited by ESG?
Your Responsibilities
- Support core HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
- Assist in talent acquisition activities.
- Help implement HR best practices and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Promote HR programs that foster employee engagement.
- Act as a liaison between HR and Admin.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of employee timesheets.
- Take ownership of administrative tasks and contribute to special projects.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- 1–5 years of experience in HR (generalist, specialist, or equivalent)
- Solid foundation in recruitment, employee engagement, and timekeeping
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with PEZA and DOLE compliance reporting is an advantage
