Job SummaryThe HR Cultural Champion plays a key role in Promoting and maintaining an inclusive, engaging, high performance and employee centric workplace culture. This role involves leading initiatives that align company values with employee experience, driving diversity and inclusion efforts, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Acting as a bridge between employees and leadership, the Cultural Champion advocates for a workplace that supports well-being, collaboration, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Company Culture: Uphold and reinforce organizational values and workplace culture.
- Enhance Employee Engagement: Organize company-wide events, workshops, RnR, Annual Employee Survey and initiatives to boost morale.
- Advocate for Employees: Maintain open communication, address concerns, and foster inclusivity.
- Drive Recognition Programs: Celebrate employee contributions and reinforce cultural alignment.
- Support Change Management: Guide cultural transitions and implement best practices.
- Ensure Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on trends and refine engagement strategies.
- Manage HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect the evolving needs of a remote workforce.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of HR, employee engagement, culture development, or related areas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
- Ability to analyze employee feedback and data to drive cultural improvements.
- Ability to be a good listener and understand the employee's perspective while aligning with company goals.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance.
- Looking for a Self-driven individual with AI tools exposure & enablement readiness.
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
