Job Details
Purpose: Realize change (organizational, infrastructural, application, in- and outsourcing, bids). Manage relevant knowledge areas, following PM book and PMI methodology/bid process. Contribute to business case formulation and project planning to meet customer requirements (internal/external). Ensure projects (category D) are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Key Accountabilities:
- Contribute to business cases and establish project plans (planning, specifications, conditions, costs, deliverables).
- Arrange resourcing and organize project teams according to customer requirements.
- Monitor and control project execution against the plan.
- Identify and manage project risks, following procedures and guidelines, in cooperation with the steering committee.
- Collect and analyze project information, providing reporting to customers and company management.
- Deliver project results, ensuring transfer to the customer organization and evaluating execution and results with the sponsor.
- Define, plan, manage, and coordinate assigned projects/processes. Lead team members to ensure execution and delivery of deliverables.
Education: Bachelor
Experience: None required
Certifications: PMI basic certificates or PRINCE2 Foundation certificate is advantageous
IT Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of ICT services, infrastructure, enterprise software, and ICT processes; Basic PM methodology; Advanced MS Office
Soft Skills: Negotiation, presentation, problem-solving, assertiveness, time management, critical thinking, project thinking
Languages: Upper-intermediate (B2) or better German; English language advantageous
Other criteria or requirements: Basic knowledge of ICT; PM experience attained through training and/or projects from various sectors
