Full-Time Junior Recruiter

We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Pristina.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle for various departments, ensuring a fast and efficient candidate experience.
• Conducting interviews independently and identifying top talent for our team.
• Handling applicant management and coordinating meetings between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Acting as a strategic partner to our departments, providing professional recruitment support.
• Staying updated on recruitment trends and contributing ideas to enhance our hiring strategies.

Requirements:

• Excellent English language skills (mandatory).
• Previous experience in recruitment, particularly in an international company.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with autonomy and high responsibility.
• A structured approach to work and the ability to motivate and inspire people.
• German language skills are a plus.
