Full-Time Junior Recruiter

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Build active/passive applicant pipelines.
• Maintain applicant tracking system.
• Build relationships with applicants.
• Analyze resumes and qualifications.
• Manage candidate experience.
• Create weekly activity reports.
• Actively contribute to recruiting meetings.
• Implement and represent company policy.
• Keep industry knowledge up to date.
• Manage other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• English proficiency.
• College coursework up to Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Industry certification(s) preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Detail-oriented, organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, video conferencing platforms, ATS, social media.
• Ability to make cold calls and source and evaluate talent.
• Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
