Full-Time Key Account Manager

• Account Management & Growth: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key wholesale partners. Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts. Develop and implement strategic account plans. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Business Planning & Analytics: Plan and execute promotional strategies. Conduct seasonal line presentations and business reviews. Track and analyze sales performance and inventory levels. Prepare and present performance reports.
• Operational Coordination: Partner with internal groups to ensure on-time delivery and accurate order execution. Coordinate seasonal planning cycles and marketing activations. Monitor inventory flow and communicate updates. Identify opportunities to streamline processes.

• 5+ years of experience managing multi-door wholesale accounts.
• Proven success managing accounts with $1M+ in annual revenue.
• Strong relationships with key buyers in relevant industries.
• Deep understanding of wholesale business cycles and retail operations.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint or Google Slides.
• Must live near a major airport and have the ability to travel up to 30–50%.
