TRUEWERK is seeking a Key Account Manager to build strong partnerships with leading retailers.
Role: Bridge between the brand and wholesale partners.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key wholesale partners.
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Plan and execute promotional strategies.
- Conduct seasonal line presentations and business reviews.
- Track and analyze sales performance.
- Partner with internal groups for on-time delivery and accurate order execution.
- Coordinate seasonal planning cycles and marketing activations.
- Monitor inventory flow.
Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience managing multi-door wholesale accounts.
- Proven success managing accounts with $1M+ in annual revenue.
- Strong relationships with key buyers in relevant industries.
- Deep understanding of wholesale business cycles.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint or Google Slides.
- Ability to travel 30–50% of the month.
