Full-Time Labour Relations Manager

• You’ll lead collective bargaining using our innovative Shared Table approach.
• You’ll be the go-to expert for grievance management, arbitration presentations, and LR capability-building.
• You’ll work closely with operations and HR to align labour strategies with business goals.

• Drive bargaining strategies that balance operational needs and employee engagement.
• Act as lead spokesperson in negotiations and provide trusted guidance to leaders.
• Manage the grievance program with precision and efficiency.
• Create tools, playbooks, and templates that make LR accessible and actionable.

• Post-secondary diploma/degree in HR, Labour Relations, Business or relevant field.
• 5+ years in Labour Relations within unionized environments with hands-on bargaining and arbitration experience.
• Solid collective agreement interpretation and advocacy skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• A knack for turning complex labour issues into practical solutions.
