Apply instructional design principles to develop eLearning courses, microlearning content, and blended learning solutions.
Design and develop instructional materials, including interactive courses, videos, simulations, and assessments.
Manage and optimize content delivery through LMS platforms and other learning technologies.
Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) to create engaging digital learning experiences.
5+ years of experience in learning and development with the focus on instructional design and eLearning development.
Expertise in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards.
Experience in multimedia design, video editing, and interactive learning solutions.
Languages: Ukrainian native, English B2.
Nice to have:
- Experience with gamification, VR/AR, and AI-driven learning tools
- Experience in iGaming industry
