About the Opportunity: FOX Staffing Network is expanding into temporary and contract placements and is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Lead Recruiter to lead and build this new division. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a self-starter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage the temporary/contract staffing division
- Perform full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and redeployment of temporary staff
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate new business through outbound sales and networking
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and contracts
- Collaborate with leadership to set division goals and KPIs
- Create scalable processes for future team expansion
