Job Details
Lead the Payroll Team in processing payroll for all salaried and hourly employees (US domestic and international).
Create and refine all payroll procedure, time tracking and year-end process documentation.
Critically review and analyze current payroll and tax procedures to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operations.
Work collaboratively with the company's stock administration team on processing exercises with payroll impact.
Assist with the preparation and reconciliation of payroll accounts as part of the month-end and quarter-end close process.
Lead special projects, as needed, and stay abreast of industry trends.
Partner with the equity team to execute RSU settlement in a timely and compliant manner.
Assist with internal and external audits by providing supporting records and documentations.
Research, resolve and respond to payroll inquiries from employees.
Assign and monitor tickets submitted to the Payroll team for all US and International employees.
Assist with special projects with Corp Eng, Compensation, Employment, Corp Tax and other partners as needed.
Maintain a useful working knowledge of company policies, procedures, government regulations and business ethics.
Work side by side with everyone in the team to ensure smooth year-end processes.
Maintain payroll calendar for US and international payroll.
Manage vendor relationship (ADP, Deloitte and Nium).
Run projects and process ad-hoc tasks with minimal supervision.
