About the RoleAs a Lead Product Manager, you will help execute the technology strategy by conceptualizing new products, conducting rigorous research, and developing new products iteratively. You need strong life sciences expertise, and you'll collaborate with customers, medical, R&D, and customer success teams to identify solutions to their unique challenges. Product Management at Atropos Health is solutions-oriented and entrepreneurial. You will influence processes and develop solutions, and know when to license third-party software.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive life sciences product strategy and roadmap, aligning with engineering, data science, product, and clinical teams.
- Evaluate all product initiatives through the lens of benefiting life sciences customers.
- Prioritize initiatives aligning with company goals and customer needs; test hypotheses and evaluate outcomes.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and work with an external design team for high-fidelity prototypes.
- Develop detailed development requirements and ensure technical documentation is developed and maintained.
- Identify and lead improvements to the team's innovation approach to enable scaling.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, including product development from concept to commercialization.
- 2+ years of experience working with life sciences users and stakeholders.
- Experience with large language models and machine learning in the life sciences industry.
- Ability to work with uncertainty and ambiguity; quickly test hypotheses, prioritize, and execute action plans.
- Track record of leading high-performing teams and shipping successful products.
Reporting
Reports directly to the President, Neil Sanghavi.
