We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions.
This individual will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing Pega CDH projects to drive business outcomes and customer engagement strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex Pega-based implementations, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional (on, near and offshore) teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Pega CDH implementation projects, ensuring they meet business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Define and document project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, technical teams, and business partners.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation frameworks and other documentation required to achieve project success.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
- Drive project governance and ensure adherence to industry standards, organizational guidelines, and Pega implementation best practices.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Ensure successful integration of Pega CDH solutions with existing systems and business processes.
- Facilitate routine scrum ceremonies and stakeholder communication.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the project team.
- Promote CDH solution and delivery best practices within and across projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in project management
- 3+ years managing Pega implementations (Pega CDH experience required)
- Strong understanding of Pega CDH architecture, features, and capabilities, including Omni Channel Personalization, AI, Analytics, Next-Best-Actions and Real-Time Decisioning.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-functional teams in complex environments
- Experience with Agile & Scrum delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, or similar platforms
- PMP Certification preferred
- Ability to travel domestically, as needed
