This role involves solving complex challenges, generating impactful insights, and shaping the future of mental health access. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams, ensuring patient and provider voices are heard in every decision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute mixed-methods research studies (interviews, usability tests, surveys, etc.)
- Synthesize data to inform product decisions and business strategy.
- Develop frameworks for understanding user needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering).
- Work with data teams to align research with analytics.
- Maintain a repository of user insights for reusability.
- Advocate for a user-centered approach.
- Mentor team members on UX research best practices.
- Stay current on industry trends and research tools.
- Measure ROI to demonstrate research impact on user engagement and revenue.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of UX research experience, shaping product decisions.
- Proven experience leading UX research for B2C products.
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Ability to synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):
- Experience working with Product, Design, and Data teams.
- Passion for patient-centered design, understanding mental healthcare challenges.
- Familiarity with healthcare or telehealth industries.
- Experience conducting research at scale in dynamic environments.
