Learning & Development Specialist

Role Summary: Play a crucial role in shaping the future of our workforce by designing and implementing innovative training programs. Collaborate across departments to identify training needs, develop engaging content, and assess the impact of initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Program Design and Development: Create learning programs (workshops, e-learning, sessions) addressing training needs.
2. Needs Assessment: Collaborate with managers to assess needs and design custom solutions.
3. Content Creation: Develop engaging learning materials (presentations, manuals, online resources).
4. Program Implementation: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement.
5. Evaluation and Reporting: Assess program effectiveness via feedback, surveys, and performance metrics; prepare reports.
6. System Administration: Manage LMS (content upload, tracking, reporting); support engagement surveys/performance reviews.
7. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends to enhance programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (HR, Education, Business).
• 3-5 years' experience in learning & development.
• Experience with LMS/HRIS.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in content creation and instructional design.
• Data analysis abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Dayforce, Articulate360.
• Learning & Development or related certification.
• Experience with e-learning tools/multimedia creation.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
