Job Details
Learning and Development Partner will design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop strategies that foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
Training Needs Analysis: Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs.
Program Development: Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
Facilitation: Lead training sessions and workshops using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
Evaluation and Assessment: Measure the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Make improvements as necessary.
Content Management: Maintain and update training materials.
Collaboration: Partner with department leaders to align training initiatives with business objectives.
Learning Technology: Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies.
Onboarding: Support the development and delivery of onboarding programs.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or instructional design.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
