About the Team: The Talent Development (TD) team provides employees with holistic development through learning and growth experiences, supporting various roles (warehouse associates, data scientists, etc.) via onboarding, manager enablement, and leadership development programs.
About the Role: The Learning & Development Manager designs, implements, and scales impactful learning programs, empowering employee growth and supporting business goals. This role partners with leaders to embed learning in the employee experience, and develops learning strategies that align with business needs and company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver learning strategies aligning with business needs.
- Design and revise programs for leadership development, onboarding, and upskilling.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and adapt programs based on feedback and data.
- Partner with subject matter experts to create scalable learning content.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning.
- Develop cross-functional partnerships for strategic learning solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Strong program design and program management skills with an emphasis on learning technologies.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities.
- Experience with diverse employee backgrounds (hourly, retail, corporate, technical).
- Understanding of best practices, LMS, assessments, and survey tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building.
- Ability to analyze data and create recommendations.
- Effective communication with all levels.
- Employee-centric and inclusive approach.
Compensation: Competitive salary, benefits, and equity. Salary range: $117,600 - $173,000 USD.
