Learning & Development Specialist

Role Overview: Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce by designing and implementing innovative training programs.

Responsibilities:

• Program Design and Development: Create and develop learning programs to address training needs.
• Needs Assessment: Collaborate with managers to assess training needs and develop solutions.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging learning materials (presentations, manuals, etc.).
• Program Implementation: Facilitate training sessions, ensuring smooth execution and engagement.
• Evaluation and Reporting: Assess program effectiveness using feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
• System Administration: Manage LMS, track participation, generate reports, and support system administration for engagement surveys and performance reviews.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends to enhance training programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• Experience with LMS or HRIS administration.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in content creation and instructional design.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Dayforce and Articulate360
• Certification in Learning & Development or related field
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia content creation
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
