Full-Time Learning & Development Trainer

• This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of training initiatives.
• The role involves collaborating closely with diverse internal and external stakeholders worldwide.
• Instrumental in supporting the implementation of the Global Training Strategy.

Duties:

• Deliver Targeted Training Programmes aligned with the Global Training Plan.
• Develop High-Quality Training Materials: Create and enhance training content.
• Design and Implement Training Programmes.
• Conduct Scoping Exercises to Identify training needs.
• Engage with Global Teams.
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer (T3) Programmes.
• Evaluate and Improve Training Programmes.
• Drive Process and Quality Improvements.
• Provide Consultancy and Expertise.
• Stay Current with Industry Trends.
• Promote a Culture of Continuous Learning.
• Facilitate Organisation Workshops and Away Days.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

• Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline.
• Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Education and Training or Level 5 CIPD.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Experience delivering professional development courses.
