Job Details
As a Learning Experience Specialist, support Brightspeed's mission by designing and delivering training programs for professional and leadership growth. Implement learning strategies, design, lead, and coordinate training sessions, and support leadership and professional development initiatives. Align L&D programs with business objectives for employee and organizational success.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business needs.
- Evaluate individual and organizational learning needs to inform tailored learning programs.
- Collaborate with managers to support team professional and leadership development (e.g., eLearning, workshops, mentorship, job shadowing, coaching).
- Design, organize, and facilitate training sessions (onboarding, professional development, leadership, company-wide).
- Administer, track, evaluate, and enhance training programs using the LMS and other methods.
- Manage relationships with external training vendors/consultants for cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Monitor and report on training participation, progress, and outcomes for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, education, business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in learning and development or related HR role, with a proven track record in designing and delivering training programs.
- Familiarity with learning technologies and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to design and produce training materials addressing specific learning needs.
- Proficiency using Articulate 360.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with an LMS.
