Full-Time Learning Partner - Clinical Education

Join Montu's OD&S team as a Learning Partner, focusing on doctor education, to build clinical team capability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate clinical onboarding and learning pathways for new doctors.
• Partner with subject matter experts to tailor and deliver role-specific training.
• Support planning and rollout of healthcare compliance and clinical learning programs.
• Manage learner groups and enrolments in the LMS.
• Provide day-to-day support to clinicians navigating learning content.
• Develop and refine clinical training materials.
• Use data insights to report progress, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with People, Clinical, and IT teams to align on training needs.
• Assist in managing learning projects.

Essential Experience and Qualifications:

• Current clinical qualification and AHPRA registration
• Minimum 4 years of post-grad clinical experience
• Experience in clinical education or training (highly regarded)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Confidence using Google Suite and learning systems
• Excellent communication skills and a learner-first mindset
• Passion for elevating clinical capability
