As our Leave Management Analyst, you'll be a key member of our Benefits Team, reporting to the Manager of Benefits.
You'll serve as the primary expert in managing leave of absence programs, accommodations, and employee benefits, ensuring our employees receive the support they need when they need it most.
- Lead and optimize leave of absence and accommodation processes under FMLA, ADA, and state/local leave laws.
- Have excellent communication skills to work with all levels of leadership orchestrating the leave management process around sensitive topics.
- Collaborate across teams including HR, Payroll, and Finance to ensure integrated benefits administration.
- Partner with our third-party administrator to ensure seamless leave management.
- Drive the development and communication of time-off and LOA programs and policies.
- Facilitate ADA interactive processes and educate managers on reasonable accommodation.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure service excellence.
- Handle compliance activities including OSHA and Workers' Compensation reporting.

For this role as a Leave Management Analyst, you should have:
- 5+ years of leave administration and benefits experience
- 2+ years of ADA management experience
- Expert knowledge of LOA, ADA, and Workers' Compensation Laws across multiple states
- Proficiency with ERISA, HIPAA, and COBRA regulations
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellence in customer service and communication
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Bonus Points:
- Industry certifications (DMEC, CLMS, CPDM, SHRM) or related degree
- Experience with HRIS and benefits enrollment portals (UKG Pro and Benefitfocus experience a plus)
