Responsibilities
- Collaborative Legal Support – Work as part of the Legal & Privacy team.
- Regulatory Monitoring – Identify and assess relevant regulatory and legal developments across the EU.
- Contract Review & Negotiation – Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Intellectual Property Advisory – Advise on IP protection and usage.
- Privacy & Data Protection – Assess and advise on privacy and data protection requirements.
- Compliance Documentation – Support the creation and maintenance of legal and privacy documentation.
Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited university.
- 1–3 years of professional experience as an in-house legal advisor or in a law firm/private practice.
- Proven experience in contract law, intellectual property, and privacy & data protection.
- Experience working in an international business environment.
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have:
- German language skills (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a similar role within a technology or software company.
- Familiarity with legal tech and other tools
