Responsibilities
- Collaborative Legal Support: Part of the Legal & Privacy team, providing legal and privacy advice to all areas of the company.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Identify and assess relevant regulatory and legal developments affecting the company’s operations across the EU.
- Contract Review & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Intellectual Property Advisory: Advise on IP protection and usage.
- Privacy & Data Protection: Assess and advise on privacy and data protection requirements.
- Compliance Documentation: Support the creation and maintenance of legal and privacy documentation.
Must Have:
- Law degree from an accredited university.
- 1–3 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in contract law, intellectual property, and privacy & data protection.
- Experience working in an international business environment.
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Nice to Have:
- German language skills.
- Previous experience in a technology or software company.
- Familiarity with legal tech and other tools.
