Full-Time Paralegal

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Legal team. In this role, you’ll support colleagues across all business areas and work on a diverse range of legal matters, including corporate, commercial, property and employment law.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with a wide variety of legal work, supporting senior team members.
• Manage consumer court claims in-house and coordinate outsourced work.
• Provide support on general advisory and pre-litigation matters.
• Handle key legal administrative tasks.
• Undertake legal research and help develop templates.
• Collaborate with Customer Service & Complaints teams to resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to strategic projects and commercial arrangements as needed.
• Collaborate with other members of the Legal team to manage workload requirements.
• Promote Lookers’ strategy, values and behaviors.

Qualifications:

• Law degree, SQE or GDL and LPC, or working towards the CILEX.
• Experience in litigation and consumer law is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adaptability to new practice areas.
• Self-motivated with the confidence to seek guidance when needed.
