SpotMe is a leading B2B event platform. The Legal and Procurement team aims to help sales close deals faster, bring order to contracts, and save money on vendors.
As our first Legal Assistant/Paralegal, you will be at the heart of this transformation.
Your Core Activities Will Include:
- Contract Management: Daily management of our Vendor Contract Management System (VCMS). Manage the e-signature process for contracts. Prepare first drafts of standard agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs). Triage incoming legal requests.
- Procurement & Vendor Support: Support the vendor evaluation process. Serve as the first point of contact for internal teams on procurement process questions.
- Legal Operations & Administration: Maintain organized digital legal files. Assist in developing legal and procurement workflows and policies. Provide general administrative support.
Objectives – The problems you will solve
- In your first month, you will assist in the audit of vendor contracts, take ownership of populating our master contract database (SF), and shadow the Legal & Procurement Manager.
- After 3 months, you will independently process 90% of standard agreements and become a power user of our Vendor Contract Management System (VCMS).
- After 12 months, you will proactively manage our contract renewals calendar.

Your Experience:
You likely have a couple of years of experience as a paralegal, contract administrator, or legal assistant.
