Job Details
Legal Nurse Consultant acts as an expert clinical and educational resource to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct real-time intakes on cases.
- Perform real-time chart reviews focusing on standard of care and physician documentation for chronologies.
- Assist researchers in reviewing expert answers and bios for quality and fit in medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
- Assist in-house MDs with primary research, including literature searches and previous case settlements using LexisNexis Medical Navigator.
Qualifications:
- RN or NP
- 1-2 years at a law firm or experience in Legal Nurse Consulting
- Strong clinical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Teamwork and collaboration
