Job description: We are looking for full-time Licensed Therapists to provide outpatient telehealth services.

- Compensation package includes base plus bonus, $66k-$100k earning potential
- Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends

Requirements:
- Active FL license (Brave will reimburse licensure fees for new hires)
- Master's level degree (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Work from home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus
Skills:
- Knowledge of mental health & substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning
- Comfort with technology (telehealth software, video communication, internal communication tools)
- Client partnership to achieve goals
- Comprehensive assessments
