Roles and Responsibilities:

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct regular patient assessments and adjust treatment plans.
• Involve family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in related field (required).
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LMFT or Psychologist license (based on location).
• 2+ years experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly NextGen.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
