Live-In Direct Support Professional

The live-in model provides structure in a client's home environment. Our live-in model operates on a 7-day on/7-day off schedule. You will live in the individual's home and will be paid 16 hours a day (minus any unpaid break time). Live-ins work approximately two weeks per month and earn full-time pay plus overtime! Bi-weekly compensation is for 105 hours (25 of which are paid at a rate of time-and-a-half). You will also be paid for any interrupted sleep time, if applicable. Live-ins are provided with a weekly food budget during your week on. You will receive one 7-hour break during your scheduled shift. All off-time must be spent off-location; the individual's home cannot be your primary residence.

Requirements

• Valid US driver's license
• Ability to live in the home for 7 days
• Ability to leave the home for 7 days
• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work independently
• 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred)
