The Role: Manager, Customer Management leads a team of Customer Success Managers, focused on building strategy and delighting customers. This role will lead and maintain a high-performing team that supports new and existing Carrot customers, strategically satisfying their needs.
The Team: The team serves as the main point of contact for customers and works with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-7+ years leading a team, working closely with external customers and partners in a Customer Success Management, Customer Onboarding/Implementation, or Project Management role
- 5+ years experience in healthcare and/or benefits
- Successfully managed complex projects
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Clear, empathetic communicator who understands customer needs
- Persistent and innovative problem solver
- Self-starter who sets goals and seizes opportunities
- Passion for delighting customers and improving member experience
- Enthusiasm for Carrot's mission.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- CRM experience (e.g., Catalyst, Salesforce)
- Experience with data and reporting tools (e.g., Domo)
Compensation: Carrot offers a competitive compensation package, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings, incentives, leave, and family-forming assistance. Starting base salary is $118,000-$130,000.
