This role will help NASTAD achieve its vision of ending HIV/AIDS, viral hepatitis, and intersecting epidemics. The Manager will work with NASTAD members, health departments, and health systems to align HIV care and treatment, HIV surveillance, and support systems. This role will plan and execute technical assistance, generate data-driven insights, and create custom solutions.
Essential Duties- Assess state health department needs on HIV/AIDS care and treatment programming.
- Lead technical assistance (TA) response.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis related to HIV and viral hepatitis care.
- Develop, design, and deliver tools, resources, training, and consultation related to improving data coordination activities.
- Represent NASTAD at meetings.
- Provide timely response to NASTAD’s members through messaging, mentoring, networking and technical assistance activities.

Minimum of 6 years of work experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience working with cross-functional teams. At least 2 years of experience working with Medicaid and/or other surveillance data systems. At least 2 years of experience working on governmental public health program teams.
Full-time, 40 hours/week role. Willing to travel as needed, up to 35%
Remote work is possible. Interest in working with a national HIV/AIDS and viral hepatitis public health organization.
