WHAT DOES THE MANAGER, MEDIA OPERATIONS DO?
As the Manager, Media Operations at EVERSANA INTOUCH, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our media team, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of media campaigns.
This role requires a detail-oriented leader with a deep understanding of media planning, buying, and optimization.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Account, and Analytics, to develop and implement media strategies that align with business goals and client needs.
The Manager will also oversee the media operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Monitor and Analyze Media Performance: Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of media strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in media planning, buying, and optimization.
Foster a Culture of Collaboration and Accountability: Promote a collaborative and accountable work environment within the media operations team and across the organization.
Manage Media Budgets and Resources: Oversee media budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact and efficiency.
Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required.
- Seven or more years in media planning, buying, and optimization.
- Proven experience in managing media operations and leading media teams.
- Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and optimization processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with media performance metrics and analytics.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
