About this Role: We are looking to hire a Manager, People Operations who will design, implement, and continuously improve global systems, processes, and workflows that are scalable and efficient. This role is both strategic and hands-on.
Responsibilities:
- Manage strategy and optimization of HR technology including HRIS, ATS and LMS
- Optimize workflows to reduce manual work and increase automation
- Ensure data integrity, drive reporting and insights to help us make better people decisions
- Partner with cross functional partners to improve onboarding and offboarding processes
- Oversees and executes global HR operations across multiple regions and countries.
- Partner with legal and local advisors to maintain up-to-date policies, handbooks, and employment practices
- Lead our remote work policies including guidelines surrounding global mobility processes
- Design, implement, and continuously refine our compensation programs
- Serve as a key partner in the evolution of our global benefits strategy
Skills Required:
- 8–10+ years of HR/People Operations experience in high-growth, global environments
- Proven experience owning and scaling HR systems and total rewards programs
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Rippling, Checkr, Comp Analyst, Velocity Global or similar platforms
- High attention to detail, process ownership, and documentation
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Analytical mindset with deep comfort working in dashboards, workflows, and systems
- Experience managing direct reports and scaling People Ops teams
- Familiarity with remote-first and globally distributed team models
