Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
The Manager Performance Analytics role is responsible for data oversight for Community Association Banking ("CAB") portfolios including client insights, marketing data, financial reporting, and internal and external data management. This is a managerial role, leading a small team and responsible for monitoring team performance and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency within business initiatives. Develops scorecards, financial analytics, and models to measure sales or operational performance. Reports on historic trends and builds predictive models to project future results. Works closely with leadership, partners, and line of business owners to aid coaching and performance tracking. Provides expert analytical guidance and recommendations to executive leadership regarding planning and implementation of the Bank’s strategies and objectives to meet financial growth projections.
Responsibilities
- Analytics - Manages the development and implementation of sales and operational scorecard development, analytics, and reporting across multiple Bank functions. Can provide analytics for use in variable compensation and employee reward programs, facilitating compensation with meaningful impact to drive results. Partners with internal support teams to design, develop, and deliver dashboard reporting for all levels of management to better understand current sales and operational performance.
- Forecasting - Oversees the development of predictive forecasting analysis including the ability to track performance against goals. Develops metrics that can model future trends. Presents data insights, analysis, and guidance to quantify sales results and return on investment. Monitors performance against expectations to provide recommendations for performance strategy modifications.
- Consulting - Consults with executive leadership to aid in the development of Bank strategy using data. Works with management to incorporate input into the overall strategic planning process. Provides training and education to support teams on sales reporting processes.
- Managerial Functions - Establishes and monitors expectations to achieve company and department goals. Makes appropriate changes to team policies, procedures, and efficiencies to meet objectives. Manages the performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Statistical Analysis or Information Technology in the Financial Services industry OR High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 12 years’ experience in Statistical Analysis or Information Technology in the Financial Services industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Financial Balance Sheet analysis experience
- Experience using Business Intelligence tools
- Microsoft Excel complex reporting and data analysis experience
- Previous management or supervisory experience
