Join us as a global Manager Safety (m/f/diverse), contributing to ContiTech's future.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Health & Safety proposals aligned with CT strategy.
- Derive tasks and projects focusing on Ergonomics.
- Safeguard the ESH Management System.
- Gather, analyze, and report Safety performance data.
- Identify and report Health & Safety related risks.
Location:Strategically decided ContiTech location in Szeged (Hungary), Timisoara (Romania), Ponta Grossa (Brazil), or San Luis Potosi (Mexico).
Requirements:
- Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering, Safety Management, or comparable.
- Long-term experience in a leading/management position.
- Knowledge of International Standards (e.g., ISO 45001, OSHA, DGUV).
- Experience as an ESH/Safety System Auditor.
- Experience in ESH, preferably in rubber production.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong team player with analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel (10-20%).
